Description
Another drawing of Arthur, this time everything was done in photoshop... a really old version of photoshop.
There is a story behind this one, it's a scene from a FanFic I'm writing, but it's far from done and I won't post it on FF before it's done. (I can however tell you that this Arthur is not "England", but he is a part of the Hetalia world with the nations)
And sorry about the rain/water, never tried drawing that before.
It's funny how my style change when I draw in paint from when I draw by hand or in photoshop

For a first attempt on rain, this is awesome! And I like how his clothes and hair also look wet, just like they should, very, very nice!
